^Lot 497a Winchester Model 50 12 Ga SN: 30769

Vintage recoil operated semi-automatic shotgun chambered for 2 ¾” 12 gauge shells, steel frame, manufactured in New Haven, CT circa 1955 (second year production). Features a blued finish, modified choke 28” barrel with a Lyman Cutts ventilated compensator attached, half length magazine tube, smooth trigger, cross bolt safety, milled steel receiver, point checkered walnut forend and semi-pistol grip shoulder stock with black plastic buttplate. Shotgun retains approximately 98% of its original blued finish. Action is sound, the bore is excellent/bright and the wood stocks are near excellent with minor blemishes. A really nice condition model 50 that did not see a lot of use. NRA Condition-Excellent. C&R firearm.
